Girl in Red

I based this image around the ideas of Pop Art; Pop Art was created around mass culture and media. In today's society the norm is socialising in bars and clubs this has become todays mass culture; this has become the idea for this image. I took the picture whilst in a nightclub with a group of friends. The focus of the picture is the girl in the red, therefore I used bright block colours so the focus is always on her. I then used lighter and pastel shades for the people in the background. To take it from life like from i created the cartoon affect and added the dot motif to represent Liechtenstein.
